I've been baking for Christmas, and today, I'm sharing one of my all-time FAVOURITE things to make (and eat) at Christmas!

CRAZY! It's no-bake, it's just 4 ingredients (although I like to add Rice Krispies for some crunch), and it's SO DELICIOUS!

They are the best cookies EVER.

Seriously.

Sweet and creamy white chocolate, tart and tangy dried cranberries. They're rich and buttery and crispy and chewy...

Oh man, this cookie's got it ALL goin' on.

And the recipe makes a huge batch, so even if you're giving lots away, you'll still have some left for home.

I like to stack them, and wrap them in some cellophane, and tie with a ribbon.
