Woot, woot! I have a new favourite muffin recipe!!

Like, SERIOUSLY favourite. This one surpasses all of my other go-to muffin recipes.

I made these the other day, and my family thought they'd died and gone to heaven.

They're so moist and delicious and they're jam-packed with all kinds of goodness: carrots, apple, coconut, pecans, cranberries...

And, if you don't have all of those, you can sub in whatever you do have: any nut, raisins, pepita seeds or sunflower seeds etc. Just use watcha got!

Surprise your family with some this week! I'm pretty sure you'll love them as much as we do! xx

If you're in need of a new go-to muffin recipe, this is one of my very favourites.

I've been making these blueberry oat muffins for years because they're so quick and easy and SO GOOD.

You can make them with fresh or frozen blueberries, and the quick oats add such a great texture.

They're moist and delicious and the sugar-cinnamon topping is divine.

Make some with the kids today! I can pretty much guarantee they'll become a new family favourite at your house too! x
