I just found your comments in my spam folder! So sorry! I got your comment on my fb page the other day though, and I was so happy to know the kids enjoyed this activity so much at your party. The only reason I can think that might explain your comment being flagged as spam is because of all the periods in the last sentence maybe? It’s possible that my spam filter saw that as suspicious. I tried this for my daughters 2nd birthday and boy was this a hit with the kids. from the moment i mentioned ‘crafts project’ they were very excited and we literally had to pull them away after 1.5 hours so they could eat something! instead of a cake i told the kids (ages 9-4) to make a giant birthday card and not only were they busy and happy, my daughter now has a beautiful picture that she sees everyday and is reminded of the love that went into it. i wish i cud post a pic of it, its truly beautiful and creative. this was a great idea thank you very much for this inspiration. and to keep the creativity flowing, instead of candy as party favours each kid got a white cardboad sheet with the same craft supplies to create something at home. they. actually.liked.it. yay!
