Adorable, Easy Gingerbread Man and House Ornament

Hey Lovely! I am on a mission to bring you a new holiday craft every day between now and Christmas.

I can assure you, they'll all be easy, made with basic craft supplies and recyclables, and they'll all be ADORABLE.

Case in point: today's super-cute gingerbread man in his gingerbread house.

These were inspired by a store-bought ornament (you can see it in the post), but I honestly think our homemade version is cuter!

I hope your week is off to a good start!

I'm so excited! We kicked off our Christmas crafting season Friday, and we made a bunch of really easy, terrific ornaments, so I'll be sharing those with you in the coming days.

I'm starting with this completely adorable Cardboard Gingerbread Man. My older hooligans made these, but they're simple enough for toddlers and preschoolers to make too.

Eek! Ok, these are the cutest, and they're SO easy to make.

This is such a great craft for kids to do when there's not a lot of time, or when you don't want a lot of mess.

Just a few simple supplies and a few minutes, and BAM, you've got the cutest little ornaments to hang on the Christmas tree!

Wheee!

We've made the cutest-ever gingerbread houses without a lick of sugar!

They're colourful, they're festive, and they're going to look terrific lining our Christmas dinner table. Your kids can make these to be the centerpiece on the kids' Christmas table as well.

I love that they look so yummy but they aren't going to harm any teeth or spoil any appetites. AND, you can make them with any old odds and ends that you have in your craft room!

Make one or two, or make a whole village to line a mantel, a windowsill or your holiday table!

Ok, this is quite possibly THEE cutest gingerbread craft EVER. And guess what - it's SO super-easy. Oh, and it's also a paper plate craft because we're going gangbusters trying to finish our A-Z paper plate collection at the moment. This is probably the most adorable Letter "G" craft you could ever want, and it's also quite timely for Christmas crafting what with gingerbreads being very festive and all.
