This Lentil soup with potatoes, bacon and mixed veg is one of the easiest soups I make, and it's SO GOOD!

I've been making this soup for over 20 years, and my family never tires of it. Served with dinner rolls or homemade bread, it's a delicious and hearty lunch or dinner in winter and fall.

One of the great things about this soup is it's quick to make. You can have it on the table in under an hour.

Woohoo!! I've discovered another FANTASTIC recipe to make with all the tomatoes that are presently taking over my garden and my kitchen.

Homemade Gazpacho!

This recipe is super-easy, tastes incredible and it's such a great way to use up an abundance of garden-fresh tomatoes!

It's the perfect side-dish or appetizer for a summer or fall meal, and you can sip it straight from the glass as a refreshing drink on a hot day.

You might want to make this as an appetizer for your Thanksgiving dinner. I did, and it was a huge hit with everyone!

Bold statement. I know, but it is seriously the best tomato soup you'll ever taste.

When my friend gave me the recipe, I was like "hmmm.... I'm not sure if I like homemade tomato soup", but I made it, and OH MY GOODNESS... I'm not kidding. I couldn't get it into me fast enough.

It's divine. And dozens of followers have written me to say they tried it, and it's the best tomato soup they've ever had too!
