Ohhh! I just love it when a simple idea turns out so well! Making these paper plate watermelons was so fun and easy, and they turned out so well! Don't you just love what we used for the "seeds"? The preschoolers and toddlers loved the process, and oh my! They look good enough to eat! What a great craft for summer, or for a Letter "W" unit in preschool! Check them out!

Hi all! I'm back from a family vacation, and I'm SO excited to get back into things here, and share this ADORABLE and seriously addictive little craft with you!

These yarn dolls are SO cute, and great for developing fine motor skills and wrapping and winding skills.

I made a bunch with the 3's one morning, and then after school, I showed them to Miss 8. She LOVED them, and made one after another after another. And what did she ask to do the next time she was here? She wanted to make more craft stick dolls!

We made these absolutely stunning Flower Drop garden ornaments out of inexpensive, clear, plastic Christmas ornaments and some colourful beads and flowers from the craft room.
