Well, I haven’t tried that, Denise. I suppose it would just dry over time, but if it takes a long time, it could get runny, and kind run all over the paper. I really have no idea.

Holding a large heart cookie cutter down on to card the children then puddled the paint inside. then sprinkled it with the rainbow rice. We removed the cutter then microwaved the hearts for approx 20 seconds. Fab results! Thanx 🙂
