All you need is a glass jar, a bit of white glue and a few drops of food colouring.

You can give your jars a beautiful frosted effect, in a rainbow of colours, and your kids can use them to store pens, art brushes, make-up brushes etc. in.

They're mesmerizing to play with and they're a great tool for helping preschoolers learn how to relax and regulate their emotions when they're upset, anxious or just feeling like they need a quiet moment to reflect.

I'm also super-excited to tell you about a new preschool series that airs on Saturdays on Treehouse TV. It's called Esme and Roy, and it's an adorable animated series that helps kids manage their emotions and navigate through challenging situations.
