Ok, this has got to be one of the coolest experiments we do here. It's one of those classic experiments that they'll remember for the rest of their lives. I have parents and grandparents today who tell me they remember doing this as a kid. That's saying something about how memorable and fabulous it is.

The kids love the process, and I've also done this with adult friends and guests, and it blows everyone's mind mind every time.

If you haven't tried this fascinating experiment with your kids yet, you must put it on your to-do list.

Bonus: you get to eat the results, and they are out. of. this. world.

Woohoo!! I've discovered another FANTASTIC recipe to make with all the tomatoes that are presently taking over my garden and my kitchen.

Homemade Gazpacho!

This recipe is super-easy, tastes incredible and it's such a great way to use up an abundance of garden-fresh tomatoes!

It's the perfect side-dish or appetizer for a summer or fall meal, and you can sip it straight from the glass as a refreshing drink on a hot day.

You might want to make this as an appetizer for your Thanksgiving dinner. I did, and it was a huge hit with everyone!
