I have another DELICIOUS, healthy, no-flour cookie recipe to share with you.

They're so good I've made them 2x in 3 days.

No flour, no oil, no egg, no sugar required. They're soft, moist and chewy and super-quick and easy to make!

1 bowl! Just mash the bananas and stir in the rest of the ingredients. 2 minutes. Boom. Ready for the oven.

Happy Thursday, Lovely!

I just wanted to share my new favourite cookie recipe with you.

They're super-healthy but totally yummy! I've been making them about once a week because I've cleaned up my eating habits, but these still satisfy my sweet tooth.

The totally feel like a cheat, but they don't contain any flour, oil, egg or refined sugar.

They're soft, yet crunchy and nutty and packed with peanut butter and banana flavour. They're guilt-free and SO GOOD!

I've been baking for Christmas, and today, I'm sharing one of my all-time FAVOURITE things to make (and eat) at Christmas!

If you caught our convo on Facebook last night, I discovered that this is super-popular in Canada, but no-one in the U.S. has ever heard of it.

CRAZY! It's no-bake, it's just 4 ingredients (although I like to add Rice Krispies for some crunch), and it's SO DELICIOUS!

Pssst... Wanna know a secret?

Whenever I feel like I'm slacking in the mom department, I bake homemade cookies. I'm not sure what it is about a homemade cookie, but when my kids come home to find that I've made a batch, suddenly I'm "mom-of-the-year".

These particular peanut butter maple cookies are a favourite here. An old school friend of mine gave me the recipe years ago, and I've been making them ever since. My family LOVES these cookies. The pale, golden colour... the soft, chewy oatmeal... rich peanut-butter and a hint of maple.... Mmm-mmm!

They. Are. Amazing.
