I wanted to get it to you in time for your New Year's celebrations! It's an amazing (and ridiculously easy) hot cheese dip. I've been making this dip for 20 years, and the holidays just wouldn't be complete without a batch or two. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare! You just toss all of the ingredients into a roasting pan, and let it simmer for an hour. Serve it warm with tortilla chips or with crackers and vegetables. So quick, so easy, and SO delicious!
