I have the most wonderful Veteran's Day (or Remembrance Day) craft to share with you!

These painted "Poppy Stones" are a lovely way to thank a veteran for their service.

They can be hand-delivered and given personally, or you can place them at your local cenotaph so veterans can help themselves to one.

This is such a lovely group project for a family or classroom to do together.

You know how you can make crystals with borax and hot water? People usually do it with pipe cleaners to make snowflakes and icicles, right?

Well, we used beach rocks. Oh My Goodness. And then, guess what we did! We coloured them, and turned them into these dazzling and vibrant crystallized stones that you can display on a table or use as a paperweight or give as a gift.

You have to see them! They are GORGEOUS! And the process was SUPER-easy, and so fun!
