Ack!”. Then I remembered what I have done to inspire my little grandson to pick up his toys. I made a game of “You can ONLY”. It involves putting away toys that are of the certain color grandma calls out. We go through the different colors and he is so eager to put them away when we are playing this game! I wish I would have thought of this when I was raising his mommy and her big sister!
My hope is that this might help others who struggle with little ones who resist putting their toys away.
