In reply to Kristy. If you can envision one mashed banana, it's pretty much the same amount, Kristy. A serving size would depend on the individual. One person could certainly eat all of it, but it could be split into smaller portions among a few young children.

Looks super-yummy! I would want to add some mini chocolate chips. I guess that would make mine 2-ingredient ice cream.
