I have a Kitchen Aid bread machine, Anu. I love it. My previous machine was an Oster, and I loved that too, but I lost the paddle to it and couldn’t get a replacement for it. I loved that machine too.

Hey there! So glad you enjoyed the bread! It’s my family’s favourite. Thanks for the heads up about the calorie count in the recipe card. I think there must have been a glitch with the recipe program because as soon as I clicked “edit”, the 31 changed to 188, which sounds a lot more realistic!
