We tried this today and it was so much fun! We added small Styrofoam balls to make snow balls in our Frozen Fractals Soup. We also added glitter to make it sparkle. Such a fun way to spend time outside in the shade on a hot day! This activity kept the little one interested a lot longer than I anticipated – that was awesome!! Thanks so much for the great idea!

What a great website/blog. I love all your outdoor activities. in the 80’s I had a school age day care and summer camp. My kids loved to garden and go on outside adventures but the most favorite was always “mud day” where we made a huge wheel barrow of mud and played – hosing off required and different clothes. Your activities brought back all kinds of wonder memories – thanks. Linda
